You can cancel your order if your order status is 'Verification pending' or 'Verified' by visiting the 'My Orders' page in your account/profile on our Android and iOS Purplle apps, desktop and mobile website.
If you've placed a prepaid order the refund will be initiated and will reflect in your account in:-
Net banking / Debit Card / Credit Card - 7 to 10 working days.
Paytm / Mobikwik / Ola Money / FreeCharge or any other wallets - 48 to 72 hours
Purplle wallet - 24 hours
