We believe in passing all the cost benefits to our customers. Which is why the products we sell on Purplle are usually discounted. However, as there are logistics costs involved in shipping your order to you, we require the order value to be of a certain amount to cover those charges. A small platform fee will be charged ₹5 or ₹7 on all orders depending on type of order you place with us.
For orders with a cart value of ₹499 or less, a shipping fee of ₹25 will be applicable.
Orders exceeding ₹499 qualify for free shipping.
For orders with a cart value of ₹299 or less, a ₹35 cart fee and ₹25 shipping charges applicable.
COD charge applies to all orders, regardless of your cart value.
COD option is unavailable for orders with a cart value of ₹299 or less.
We levy a nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee on orders to support operational and handling costs. While the standard COD fee is ₹14, it may go up to ₹18 for certain orders based on order details and service requirements.
The applicable COD fee will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
