Just visit the My Orders page in your account/profile on our Android and iOS Purplle apps, desktop, and mobile website hit the cancel order button. You may cancel the entire order & place a fresh one. We cannot cancel a particular product(s) before dispatch 

but will have to cancel the entire order.


If you've placed a prepaid order the refund will be initiated and will reflect in your account in:-

Net banking / Debit Card / Credit Card - 7 to 10 working days.

Paytm / Mobikwik / Ola Money / FreeCharge or any other wallets - 48 to 72 hours

Purplle wallet - 24 hours
