A delivery attempt may still occur because the shipment is assigned to a delivery courier partner. If contacted, please refuse the order to ensure it is returned to us.

The package is expected to reach our warehouse within 1–2 days once returned. Once received and processed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account as per standard bank processing timelines.
