If you have paid through your Purplle Credit Wallet, the refund may take up to 1–2 days to reflect in your wallet.

Cancelled order after dispatch - If you have cancelled your order post-dispatch while it was already being shipped, the refund will be initiated once the order is returned to our warehouse, which usually takes 1–2 days. After it is marked as returned, the refund will be initiated on the same day and may take up to 5–7 working days to reflect in your source account.
