For Prepaid Orders, Elite/Elite Plus Membership, once purchased, cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, Elite/Elite Plus Membership can be cancelled only when the entire order is cancelled. However, it is permissible only  - 

a.  Within 7 days of purchase 

b. The customer has not used any Elite Benefits.
