For Prepaid Orders, Elite Membership, once purchased, can be cancelled.  Please visit the customer support option in the application. Click on “Contact us”.  You will see either “Write to us” and “Chat with us”. You can either Chat or Call us by following the “Chat with us” option. 

For COD orders, Elite Membership can be cancelled only when the entire order is cancelled. However, it is permissible only:
 

a. Within 7 days of purchase 

b. The customer has not used any Elite Benefits.

There is no freebie product in the order in which Elite Membership was purchased.
