In the case of a return, we process the refund/replacement once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. It takes around 5-7 days for the products to reach our warehouse. and 1-2 working days for quality check. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days from our side. Post which the following time is required by the payment gateway and your bank to have the funds reflected in your account:-
Prepaid: For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 to 10 business days.
Cash on Delivery: For cash on delivery transactions, you are required to update your bank details in your profile. You an add these details by visiting your profile. Go to "My account" section and than proceed to add bank details.
Please note that the refund process works in the following two steps:
Step 1: Refund Initiated by Purplle/Manash Lifestyle: The refund has been successfully processed and transferred from our end to your original bank/payment provider.
Step 2: Credit by Bank/Payment Provider: The amount is now with your bank or payment provider, and the final credit to your account is pending from their end. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a reference number via SMS.
The complete process usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account under the name of Cashfree.
Wallets: If the payment was made using Purplle wallet, Paytm / Mobikwik / Ola Money or any other such wallets, the refund will reflect in your account in 1-2 business days.
