The executive will make the attempt to pick up as scheduled. If you are not available to hand over products the request will be rejected. You can ask your friend, relative, co-worker, etc. to hand over the products on your behalf. In case the request is rejected due to your unavailability you can re-raise the return request up to 3 times within 7 days of the return window.
